Transformational journeys for those ready to go within.

“Ry has an amazing ability to meet you exactly where you are and intuitively guide you through whatever your mind, body, and spirit need most in that moment.
Through her remedies, breathwork, and gentle support, she creates such a safe space for healing. Every session with her has been different, but I’ve walked away from each one feeling lighter, more connected, and truly transformed.
I’m beyond grateful to have found her–anyone that is drawn to her work, I cannot recommend her enough!”
“Ry has helped me to become free from a 20 year long abusive relationship with the support of her sacred remedies and guidance.
In one journey together, I shifted out of an intergenerational pattern, and the physical evidence of it showed up in my body, brain, and nervous system almost immediately!
After that, I was able to stay rooted in myself and hold a boundary after a lifetime of struggling to do so.
Thank you Ry. From me, from the women who came before me, and from my children!”
The Journey is the Way Home
All of my work facilitates a journey inward.
When we close our eyes and turn within, we enter a space beyond the familiar; a place where we can meet the parts of ourselves that most need our support.
In co-creation with the Divine, earth-medicines, ritual, breath, and intentional practice, we can create connection with what has been hidden, forgotten, or waiting to be reclaimed.
This is where the magic happens.
I ' M R Y
I believe the journey is one of the most powerful ways we can come home to ourselves.
My work brings together nature, ritual, embodiment and intention, rooted in the earth and the wisdom of those who came before us.
Underneath all of it is something quite simple: connection.
Connection with ourselves. With the Divine. And with the parts of us we've spent years learning to leave behind.
I journey with you, creating connection points to turn inward, meet what is waiting there, and listen for what wants to be seen, felt, released, and reclaimed.
